A Global Financial Services firm in London is recruiting for a Project/Programme Manager to join their Portfolio, Workplace & Estates Management function. This function supports all of my client's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) around the world and operates across a set of specialist areas - Portfolio Strategy, Estates & Transaction Management, Portfolio Data Management, Headcount and Occupancy Planning.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the delivery of short and medium term analysis projects, particularly for senior stakeholder communications, as well as supporting change initiation and project delivery. The role is accountable for successful and timely delivery of analysis to stakeholders and of related programmes The role holder has end-to-end responsibility for generating and collating data, analysis and reports, as required. And, as appropriate
- Project management
- Communication surrounding the project
- All aspects of the related programme and timely delivery
- Defining and planning the project/programme
- Managing mobilisation & controlling successful execution
The Portfolio, Workplace & Estates Management and CRE functions operate 'at pace' and there are a large number of analytical projects that require immediate action and fast turnaround. The role will assist the evolving data models and programmes that reduce the number of short term actions and embed a reporting model that enable the divisions to get 'ahead of the curve'.
To apply for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong Corporate Real Estate analyst skillset. The primary skillset required is to be analytical around real estate portfolios and lease management operations combined with programme management skills to help drive initiatives, mobilise teams and ensure delivery of both short term (i.e. very urgent / fast turnaround) change projects. Pls note my client are not looking for a programme manager to run long term change in capital projects.
