A leading travel and leisure business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified business to join its FP&A team.
This is a role ooking at short term planning, budget pack, month end board reporting and also a chance to be involved in strategic projects. Main duties include:
This position provides financial insights and regular reporting to the business units , enabling the business to appraise alternatives and decide on appropriate action. The area supported will be a sub-group of a Business Function. Regular reporting will support this business unit and discreet projects will be further defined.
The role is responsible for Performance analysis and Profit & Loss controls to ensure that the business stays on track and meets targets, e.g. tracking cost escalation and then recommending action; Tracking profitability and raising issues and risks. The position will also help to develop the annual budget and will provide month end analysis and updated forecasts.
You will provide direct support to partners in the business teams, ultimately for an area of a business and will be the first port of call for support. They will carry out the deep dive and any discreet pieces of analysis needed to roll up into a more consolidated picture for decision making.
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified either looking for your first move in practice on in an FP&A role.
