Tech Lead

Goodman Masson are currently partnered with one of UK’s leading asset owners who are currently recruiting for a Technical Lead on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role where you will join a team of 4 developers as their senior counter-part.

Salary: Circa £120,000 per annum plus benefits

Location: London based with some remote working flexibility.

The successful Technical Lead will: 

• Lead the small development team and liaise with vendors
• Lead the design of software solutions
• Support critical applications
• Manage development resource capacity for both projects and BAU
• Contribute to hands-on coding
• Coach and mentor junior employees

The successful Technical Lead will have:

• Strong C#, SQL and Azure technical skills and experience
• Good design and architecture experience
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team
• Experience working in asset management or buy-side financial services
• Power BI and Python experience is desirable
