We began our full onsite RPO partnership in April 2018, managing the entire recruitment process from job specification design and approval to the onboarding of new employees.

Alongside managing the recruitment function, in conjunction with the business, we have designed an innovative employee engagement scheme and have also provided guidance on the area of diversity.

The organisation averages 50 hires per year. In our time working with this organisation, we have processed 26,796 candidates, either through direct mapping and headhunting or through wide advertising. Of these candidates, the team conducted 1,642 screening interviews and organised 1,200 line manager interviews.
