ASSOCIATE/RESEARCHER

You will be key in providing an excellent candidate experience to both existing and new candidates of Goodman Masson. You will identify the very best candidates, presenting them to your team of Consultants, enabling placements and contributing to a strong pipeline of talent for future requirements.

CONSULTANT

In this role, you’ll use your great people skills to provide an excellent candidate experience to both existing and new candidates. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, running candidate searches, winning new business through marketing activity, putting qualified candidates forward to clients, and closing placements successfully to optimise revenue for the business.

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Manager route

MANAGER

The perfect role for somebody who is passionate about team success, as a Manager you will have developed excellent people management skills in order to facilitate a high performance culture.

SENIOR MANAGER

Take your next step up by becoming a Senior Manager and taking accountability for the performance and development of all sales activities across more than one of our Sales teams. You will oversee management of these teams, striving to develop a high-performance culture across the teams.

DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR

As Divisional Director you will take responsibility for a business area to achieve agreed divisional sales targets. This will involve the management and leadership of four separate teams

DIRECTOR

This is a pivotal role within the business and one that requires you to be a positive role for Management and sales staff. You will create a climate of team working and high performance across several teams with different dynamics, and successfully running divisional meetings as appropriate.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Executive Director is responsible for the profitability & performance of the UK recruitment business and the oversight of the UK Senior Management team.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

The Managing Director is integral to the success of the business. With responsibility for the profitability, productivity and performance of the business, this role is fundamental to ensuring that the profitable growth plan is delivered as planned.
